This growing community space of engineers, scientists, entrepreneurs, creative thinkers, and more within the Silicon Valley caught our eye here at Goodwillion and we couldn’t be more excited to partner with them in August!
Hacker Dojo is a community center formed in 2009 that provides a facility for creative thinkers, coders, startups, and the like to collaborate, socialize, and host events. Created by a handful of people in its inception, Hacker Dojo immediately snowballed into a mountain of success, far exceeding their own expectations. The addition of new members was increasing rapidly and in such a short amount of time that in 2010 they expanded their facility, and again in 2011. Unfortunately because of zoning and city regulations, the city of Mountain View is planning to close down the Hacker Dojo empire if they fail to raise $250,000 by the end of August. With over $124,000 raised thus far, they need that extra push to settle the remaining balance.
We at Goodwillion are thrilled to partner with Hacker Dojo to maintain this popular space, which has been a breeding ground for startups like Pinterest. Hacker Dojo is a hub of ideas being generated in Silicon Valley, a driving force for creative minds alike. Help save this haven for innovation through Goodwillion today!
